Supreme Court arguments mark turning point in gay marriage debate
During this session of the Supreme Court, the justices are set to rule on a hot-button issue that splits much of the nation — gay marriage. Arguments are scheduled to take place at the end of March with a ruling expected during the summer. Emory University law professor and constitution expert Michael Perry discusses the possible outcomes, if there are ways to accommodate religious freedoms and what any ruling might mean for Georgia and its constitutional ban of gay marriage.
