Make sure your address and personal information are up to date

HR will soon mail important information about annual benefits enrollment. To ensure you receive these materials and that your records are up to date, please review your information in Self-Service and make any necessary updates by Friday, Aug. 28. This includes your mailing address, emergency contacts, phone number and marital status. To update your information, log in to Self-Service, select the Personal Information tile, and then the Personal Details tile.

Complete annual appraisals by Friday, Aug. 28

Emory University's performance management process is designed to facilitate communication between supervisors and staff employees regarding job performance and goals. Log in to the HR Self-Service portal and click “Talent Mgmt” to access the performance management platform (Bullseye). Training resources are available on the Talent Management website including user guides and video tutorials.

Tuition reimbursement per credit hour and reimbursement rate increasing

Effective Monday, Aug. 10 (fall academic session), the tuition reimbursement amount will increase to six credit hours for full-time employees and three credit hours for part-time employees per academic session. In addition, the tuition reimbursement rate will increase to $309 per credit hour.
