James Nagy appointed dean of Emory College of Arts and Sciences for 2026-27 academic year
James Nagy, longtime Emory mathematics professor and department chair, has been appointed dean of Emory College of Arts and Sciences for the 2026–27 academic year. Nagy will lead the college while the national search for a long-term dean, launched this spring, moves forward.
Emory Soccer Medicine Program celebrates 10 years of caring for athletes
Emory’s Soccer Medicine Program has grown into the largest of its kind in Georgia, with more soccer-trained providers across more locations than any other health system in the state — including program director Oluseun Olufade, who is part of the FIFA World Cup 2026 Tournament Medical Network.
Global misinformation takes center stage at Emory conference
Emory College brought together leading scholars to study propaganda and information manipulation, emphasizing feedback and collaboration over traditional presentations to better address the growing global impact of disinformation.
