Now through Aug. 31, focus on your sleep and improve your mental and physical health with the Sleep and Recovery campaign. Record your progress using Healthy Emory Connect (Sharecare). By participating, you can earn a $100 Emory medical plan well-being incentive or reward when you complete all five activities by Aug. 31.
Reflect and reset for rejuvenation with FSAP this summer
As summer continues, FSAP encourages employees to reflect and reset for rejuvenation by prioritizing activities that support emotional well-being. In recognition of Minority Mental Health Awareness Month, July also highlights the importance of raising awareness of mental health challenges in marginalized communities and promoting access to inclusive mental health support. Performance management: Have you completed your annual self-review?
Emory University’s performance management process is designed to facilitate communication between supervisors and employees regarding job performance and goals. Part of this process is the annual self-review which is due soon for most staff.* Log in to the HR Self-Service portal and click “Talent Mgmt” to access the performance management platform (Bullseye). Join an Employee Resource Group
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led communities centered around common interests and purpose which provide opportunities for connection, community and engagement. Emory University currently has six ERGs which are open to all Emory employees.
