Performance management: Have you completed your annual self-review?

Emory University’s performance management process is designed to facilitate communication between supervisors and employees regarding job performance and goals. Part of this process is the annual self-review which is due soon for most staff.* Log in to the HR Self-Service portal and click “Talent Mgmt” to access the performance management platform (Bullseye). (* Timelines vary for different areas. For more information, or if you have questions about the performance management process for your department/division, contact your HR leader.)

Join an Employee Resource Group

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led communities centered around common interests and purpose which provide opportunities for connection, community and engagement. Emory University currently has six ERGs which are open to all Emory employees.
