2026 staff engagement survey

On March 30, Emory University launched a confidential staff engagement survey to hear about your experience at Emory — your voice matters. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete and is confidential. All staff who complete the survey will be entered into a prize drawing to win a $25 Amazon gift card (20 total cards will be awarded). To take the survey, look for an email that was sent to you on Monday from Emory – Ctrl HR – Talent Mgt. with the subject line “2026 Staff Engagement Survey.” Deadline is April 13.

There’s still time to submit your 2025 FSA claims

If you participate in a Flexible Spending Account and still have funds remaining in your 2025 Inspira Financial FSA (formerly PayFlex), you have until Friday, May 15, to submit eligible out-of-pocket expenses incurred between Jan. 1, 2025, and March 15, 2026. Claims not submitted by May 15 will result in forfeiture of any unused FSA balance. If you have questions, contact Inspira Financial at 1-888-678-8242.

Learning and Organizational Development is now accepting applications for programs designed to develop leaders at all levels. The submission deadline for all applications and nominations is Monday, April 20.

Essentials of Leadership at Emory: Develop skills to lead effectively in people management roles. Ideal for supervisors, managers, assistant/associate directors, directors, faculty and principal investigators who supervise staff.

Aspiring Leaders at Emory: Prepare for future leadership roles while currently in an individual contributor position. Ideal candidates are high-potential employees expected to transition into people management within two years. Nominations must come from department leadership.
