Supreme Court brief examines health care law's effect on children
Students and faculty of the Barton Child Law and Policy Center have filed an amicus brief with the U.S. Supreme Court that supports the Affordable Care Act and outlines the law's effect on child health in advance of the court's oral arguments in March.
Supreme Court to hear Affordable Care Act
The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear arguments on the Affordable Care Act in March. Emory University Law School Dean and federalism expert Robert Schapiro discusses the legislation, whether there's any constitutional justification for the bill the possibilities of it passing.
