The Emory College Pathways Center celebrated its new home in the Boisfeuillet Jones Center with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony on April 17. The event brought together university leadership, students, staff, faculty and alumni to mark the beginning of the Pathways Center’s next chapter and applaud the collaboration and generosity that has established the center as an essential campus-to-career hub for students.

The new Pathways Center is “a launchpad where every undergraduate student can walk in and seek support and opportunity to help them get where they want to be,” Provost Badia Ahad said during her remarks.

Since opening in 2022, the Emory College Pathways Center has guided thousands of undergraduate students toward internships, research experiences, funding opportunities and competitive awards that have helped them navigate the transition from college to meaningful careers in all industries.

The renovated space, open since January, brought the Pathways Center’s five student-facing programs — career services, experiential learning, national scholarships and fellowships, pre-health advising and undergraduate research — all under one roof. The center offers collaborative meeting spaces, a career closet with free professional attire for students, a café for drop-in advising, and other amenities to serve students, alumni and employers.
