Calling all Emory students: Have you ever wanted to show your artwork at the High Museum of Art? Now is your chance.

Applications are being accepted for the 2026 Student Visual Arts Exhibition at the High Museum, which will take place in October. The exhibition will culminate in a reception for the student artists, faculty sponsors and Atlanta community members, co-hosted by Emory Libraries and the Carlos Museum.

The deadline for student submissions is Wednesday, April 1. Student artists must secure a faculty sponsor before the April 1 deadline.

Last year marked the High Museum’s inaugural Emory University Student Visual Arts Exhibition, which featured 18 works from six students.

“This really allows our visitors to enjoy artwork by the next generation of creatives and thinkers,” said Andrew Westover, the High’s Eleanor McDonald Storza deputy director of learning and civic engagement, at last year’s reception. “We are grateful for the strong collaboration between our staff and the Emory team and look forward to supporting student flourishing through future projects as well.”

Visit the Emory Libraries website to learn more and to submit your proposal and artwork. Students who are selected will be notified no later than the end of April.
