Amazon lockers will now be available on Emory’s Atlanta campus

Starting Tuesday, Oct. 28, members of the Emory University community will have a convenient new way to get their Amazon packages: Amazon lockers. The secure, self-service lockers, located at the Emory Bookstore, can be used for both picking up and returning eligible Amazon packages, thanks to a new partnership with Emory Business Services.

Plus, using the lockers is more secure than having items dropped off outside a residence, and consolidated deliveries mean a reduction in traffic and emissions.

The lockers will be located on the first floor of the Emory University Bookstore (1390 Oxford Road). Lockers can be accessed 24/7, but after-hours building entry requires a valid Emory Card swipe.

How to use the lockers:

  • Shop Amazon as usual.
  • Choose “deliver to locker” at checkout, then search for: 1390 Oxford Road, 30307.
  • Select the Emory Barnes and Noble location.
  • When your package is delivered, you’ll receive a unique pickup code via text or email.
  • Enter the code at the locker within three days of delivery to collect your package.

A few more tips:

  • Amazon Locker is not compatible as a “ship to” location for Emory Express Orders or Amazon Business Orders.
  • All customer-related issues or questions should be directed to Amazon’s 24/7 customer service at 1-877-346-6244.
  • If the locker isn’t working properly, or if a package is left outside the locker, contact Amazon’s 24/7 Partner Support at 1-844-370-7449 for immediate assistance.
