Career growth pays with new Healthy Emory initiative

This spring, Healthy Emory partnered with Learning and Organizational Development to launch the Career Learning Series, a new rewardable activity aimed at helping employees grow both personally and professionally.

The Career Learning Series is a unique opportunity for all Emory employees to enhance their skills, explore new career paths and invest in their overall well-being. By completing select training courses, participants engage in meaningful learning while working toward tangible incentives and rewards. More than 200 Emory employees have already earned a $25 reward or raffle entry.

This learning series includes three required pathways:

  • Civility: fostering respectful and inclusive workplace interactions
  • Self-care: promoting personal well-being and resilience
  • Service to others: encouraging meaningful contributions to colleagues and the community

In addition to these core topics, employees can choose from a variety of elective courses to tailor their experience to personal and professional goals.

  • Log in to PeopleSoft, click on the “Learning Management” tile, then select “Learning Management – Brainier.”
  • Use the search bar to find the Wellness Learning Pathway and enroll.
