The deadline for participating in Emory’s first campus-wide Diversity Engagement Survey has been extended to Thursday, Dec. 15.
Email reminders arrived today prompting participation in the confidential online survey, which examines diversity and community engagement among faculty, staff and students, says Lynell Cadray, associate vice provost and university Title IX coordinator.
A collaboration between Emory’s Office of Equity and Inclusion and the Office of Institutional Research, the project is intended to assesses the inclusiveness of the Emory environment, and identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement, Cadray says.
“The goal of the survey is to gather feedback from all members of the Emory community to help university leadership improve the place where you learn and work,” she adds.
The two-part survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. To take the survey, follow the link included in your email from des.emory@surveystar.com.
