Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital is hosting the third annual Fall Bazaar from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Oct. 13 and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Oct. 14.
Begin your holiday shopping early and select from a wide variety of unique gifts including handcrafted jewelry and scarves, rustic coolers, designer handbags, hand painted ornaments, artwork, ceramics, bath and body products and much more.
This year, proceeds from the sale will go to Mercy Care, Emory Saint Joseph's community partner. The origins of Mercy Care began after the hospital relocated from Courtland Street to Peachtree Dunwoody Road, when teams of nurses, doctors, Sisters and volunteers headed back downtown to take health care to the streets. This band of good Samaritans served local residents and homeless shelters, and through the years, this evolved into a clinic on wheels called the Mercy Mobile Unit. Since 1985, Mercy Care has grown to include 13 clinics and mobile sites.
The Fall Bazaar will be held in the Atrium level of the 5671 Doctors Building on the Emory Saint Joseph's campus at 5665 Peachtree Dunwoody Road. Free parking available. For more information, call 678-843-6122.
