Emory University's Hillel and Muslim Student Association are collaborating on their first-ever interfaith art gala, "The Beauty of Unity," on Sunday, March 25 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Emory's Miller-Ward Alumni House.

The gala will feature "Standup for Peace," the nationally known stand-up comedy act with comedians Scott Blakeman and Dean Obeidalla, along with Emory student and professional artists and performers.

According to MSA president Asad Abdulla, the event "takes an unparalleled step forward by introducing the attendees to commonalities within the two faiths through artistic expression."
