Emory ranked among top national universities by U.S. News
Emory University continues to be listed among the nation’s top universities, coming in at No. 23 in U.S. News & World Report’s 2027 “Best Colleges” rankings. The rankings also list Emory at No. 19 for undergraduate teaching and No. 19 for “Best Value,” which is based on academic value and cost.
Gender representation key to women’s job interest, study suggests
Women prefer to work in fields with more female representation, which may help explain why women remain in the minority in many professions, suggests new research by Emory psychologists.
Cancer medication helps reduce SIV reservoir, increases hope for HIV cure
Emory University researchers have provided the first proof-of-concept in a nonhuman primate model for eliminating HIV-infected cells with venetoclax, a clinically approved medication for cancer. Two clinical trials are underway to test venetoclax in people living with HIV.
