Recent graduates of Emory University's Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) program achieved a 100 percent pass rate on the NCLEX national licensure exam—making it one of the top-performing ABSN programs in the nation.

"We are thrilled that our ABSN students have achieved a perfect score on the NCLEX on their first attempt," says Linda McCauley, PhD, RN, FAAN, dean of Emory's School of Nursing. "Having a 100 percent pass rate on the NCLEX is a testament to our outstanding faculty and students. It also speaks volumes about the rigor of our program and our commitment to preparing nurse leaders."

2017 continues to be a landmark year for Emory's nursing school. The school was ranked 4th in the nation in U.S. News and World Report's Best Graduate Schools guide. Emory was also ranked No. 1 in National Institutes of Health funding among nursing schools.
