Register for free MARTA cards for 'Dump the Pump' Week

Emory University Transportation Services, in partnership with the Clifton Corridor Transportation Management Association, GA Commute Options and MARTA, wants you to "Dump the Pump" and try commuting via public transportation for a week.

National "Dump the Pump" Week is June 13-17.  Emory employees who are interested in trying bus or rail will have an opportunity to register for a complimentary MARTA Breeze card pre-loaded with 10 trips. Online registration runs through June 3. Once you are registered you will receive your complimentary Breeze card by June 10.

MARTA serves Emory via three bus routes: #6, #19 and #36. Additionally, the MARTA Blue (East/West) rail line serves the Decatur transit station where riders can then connect to the Emory Cliff shuttle CCTMA route. The CCTMA route provides service Monday through Friday from 5:35 a.m. to 8 p.m. from the Decatur MARTA station along the Clifton corridor to the Emory Conference Center Hotel.

Why try public transit? You can save money on gas, catch up on work through Wifi availability, and enjoy a stress-free commute.
