The annual Healthy New You Expo, held Friday, Jan. 28, offered Emory faculty and staff the chance to enjoy a variety of exhibits and demonstrations geared toward healthier living in 2016.

Sponsored by Healthy Emory, the event took place in four locations: Cox Hall Ballroom on the Emory campus, Emory University Midtown Hospital, Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital and Emory John's Creek Hospital.

The 1599 Line Dancers, a group of employees in Emory's 1599 Building who dance for fitness and fun during their lunch breaks, provided a dance demonstration at the Cox Hall site, while Bon Appetit Sous Chef Joe Bodine and Jessica Perry demonstrated how to make a healthy snack to enjoy during the Super Bowl or at any gathering.

The expo also included wellness screenings, exhibits, stress management tips, healthy food samples and more.
