"Staying Motivated Along Your Fitness Journey" is the latest topic for a series of wellness webinars from Emory’s Faculty Staff Assistance Program (FSAP).
Sign up now to view this webinar on your computer either Tuesday, Aug. 11, or Tuesday, Aug. 18, from noon to 12:30 p.m.
"During the webinar I’ll give tips about how to stay motivated and include bits of fitness information," says Curtis Williams, wellness specialist at FSAP
"The webinars are general interest, and great for anyone who’s already begun a fitness regimen or perhaps a beginner," he adds.
The webinar coincides with a major fitness initiative by Emory, the Move More Challenge. Registration for Move More opens Monday, Aug. 17.
"Webinars are very convenient, as they can be accessed right from the workstation," Williams notes. "The value here is to gain solutions, insight and ideas for barriers and challenges you may face along your fitness journey."
