Emory Youth Symphony Orchestra performs Wednesday, May 6, at 8 p.m. in the Emerson Concert Hall of the Schwartz Center for Performing Arts.
This final concert of the season will be directed by Richard Prior.
Prior is the Edward Goodwin Scruggs Conducting Chair and director of orchestral studies at Emory. He is the conductor of the Emory University Symphony Orchestra as well as the Emory Youth Symphony Orchestra.
The youth symphony orchestra performs three concerts during the school year in the Emerson Concert Hall.
The concert is free, and no ticket is required.
