On April 16, Emory University Transportation and Parking Services will host presentations from two finalists chosen for their responses to the Visitor Parking Management and Parking Facility Customer Service RFP. The vendors are: SP+, and LAZ.
The visitor parking management and facility customer service contract provides labor personnel for cashiers, ambassadors and management for the visitor parking facilities across the Emory campus. SP+ is the incumbent vendor for the current contract, which began in February 2011. The current contract expires Aug. 31.
The committee formed to review the proposals invites any member of the Emory community to attend the presentations. The individual presentations will be followed by a brief question and answer session.
The presentations will be held in Campus Services Building B Training Room. The schedule for the presentations is:
- LAZ – 8-9:30 a.m.
- SP+(incumbent) – 10-11:30 a.m.
