The Emory community is invited to presentations by two prospective dining contractors. The first will be held Monday, Feb. 16, and the second on Tuesday, Feb. 17. Both are at 6 p.m. in the Harland Cinema at the Dobbs University Center.
“A committee representing various constituencies of our university community has been busy over the past few months reading and evaluating proposals from prospective campus dining contractors,” says Dave Furhman, senior director, Campus Dining.
The two finalists are Bon Appetit Management, presenting Feb. 16, and Sodexo, presenting Feb. 17. Their presentations will be followed by interactive question-and-answer sessions.
The presentations are open to any member of the university community.
