Statistics consulting available in summer

The Institute for Quantitative Theory and Methods continues its free statistics and consulting help desk service during the summer. Help is available for graduate students and undergraduate honors students via appointment only through Aug. 26.

Devon LoParo, a psychology graduate student, offers individual assistance with data setup and analysis, data management and research design, as well as assistance with other quantitative issues related to research, according to Ann Powers, academic degree program coordinator.

The Institute is located in Modern Languages Building, Room 403.

Email the help desk for appointments.

Lecturer Shannon McClintock also runs a statistical consulting service for faculty and staff at Emory University. These services are only available to Emory employees.

Faculty who require more in-depth services, such as having a statistical analysis done for them, are referred to the Biostatistics Consulting Center in the Rollins School of Public Health.
