Get another chance for a free health screening

Employees have one last chance for a free, on-campus health screening event on Thursday, March 13, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the 3rd floor ballroom of Cox Hall.
The 15-minute screening measures blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, and body mass index (BMI). No fasting is necessary. Participants must bring insurance cards to the screening.
Register online or call 1-877-686-6636 (press 6 for appointments). The registration system will close 24 hours in advance of the screening date and time. A limited number of walk-ins will also be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
By completing the screening then taking an online health assessment at www.aetna.com, benefits-eligible employees can earn an incentive on their medical plans.
- HSA plan participants will receive a $200 credit to their health savings accounts Spouses/same sex domestic partners completing both a screening and health assessment will receive $100.
- POS plan participants will receive a $200 contribution toward their deductible and/or coinsurance. Spouses/same sex domestic partners completing both a screening and health assessment will receive $100.
