By Stephen Beehler | Emory Looks at Hollywood | Feb. 6, 2014

In the latest episode of Emory Looks at Hollywood series, Associate Professor of History Astrid M. Eckert talks about the fate of art and culture during wartime, past and present. Eckert's book, "The Struggle for the Files" (2012), covered the work of the Allies' military unit Monuments, Fine Arts, and Archives (MFAA) in the field of archival protection.

The new Columbia Pictures film, "The Monuments Men," stars George Clooney, Matt Damon, Bill Murray and John Goodman.
