Carter addresses Syria, Snowden, affordable higher ed at town hall

President Jimmy Carter holds his 32nd annual Carter Town Hall at Emory University. The University Distinguished Professor addresses new students from Emory College and Oxford College and answers their questions. As always, he answers anything and doesn't hold back. Topics covered this year include Syria, Edward Snowden, his favorite room in the White House, and the role the government should play in keeping higher education affordable.
