Bike Emory is bringing the next Confident City Cycling class to Emory on Saturday, April 13, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Certified instructors from the Atlanta Bicycle Coalition will lead the class to be held in Room 201 of Goizueta Business School. Cost is $5 and lunch is provided.
Participants should bring:
- A reliable bike that is a good fit
- A helmet
- Snacks for the day.
The class is designed to instill confidence in those wanting to be bicycle commuters by addressing:
- Where to ride
- Rider safety
- Rules of the roads
- Avoiding crashes
- Managing issues like flat tires and more
- Teaching children how to ride safely and confidently on their own.
