Jimmy Carter speaks to students at 31st Carter Town Hall

Former President Jimmy Carter spoke to first-year Emory University students and answered their questions in the 31st Annual Carter Town Hall. As always, Carter didn’t hold back. He discussed everything from his opinion on the violence in Libya and the Affordable Care Act; the importance of campaign finance reform; the rising costs of higher education; and, on a more light-hearted note, if he prefers smooth or crunchy peanut butter. Here is a video of outtakes from his talk.
