Experis' virtual support will provide comprehensive, real-time assistance to Emory Healthcare providers as they navigate the Epic EHR system, helping to improve digital fluency and streamline work processes.

ATLANTA - Emory Healthcare, the most comprehensive academic health system in Georgia, announced today a new collaboration with Experis, a global professional resourcing and project-based solutions organization. Emory will utilize the health care technology expertise of Experis Health Solutions, a leader in EHR (electronic health records) implementations and optimizations for hundreds of U.S. health systems, to deploy a virtual at-the-elbow support service for Epic EHR, a widely-used health care software platform, to which Emory Healthcare migrated in late 2022.

The aim of this new strategic collaboration is to enhance the digital capabilities of health care professionals at Emory. The virtual at-the-elbow service will provide comprehensive, real-time assistance to Emory Healthcare providers as they navigate the Epic system, improving their digital fluency and helping to streamline their workflow.

"This collaboration represents a key step forward in our commitment to offering the best possible care for our patients by equipping our providers with real-time, in-the-moment expert support."

This new relationship enables Emory Healthcare providers to receive expert assistance without interruption, enhancing patient care while also maximizing the potential of their digital health care tools. With Experis' virtual at-the-elbow service, providers will be able to resolve technical issues in real-time at the point of care, leading to reduced downtime and increased productivity.
