On Friday Feb. 24, DeKalb County Watershed Management will test a 48-inch transmission line located on Henderson Mill Road. As a part of this testing, the volume of flow in this line will be reduced to map impacts, in preparation for a repair of this line to occur in the near future. The testing will take place from 6 p.m. to midnight.  

As a result of this testing, Emory facilities may experience a slight drop in water pressure, which may or may not be noticeable. During the testing period, the Emory community will be directly served via one or more alternate transmission mains, and water pressure is not expected to drop below 25 percent of normal.
