Ongoing construction of Emory Point, the mixed-use development on Clifton Road across from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, has resulted in periodic traffic delays along a stretch of Clifton Road due to underground installations, utility work and surface paving.
Occasional one-lane closures are scheduled to continue through the end of June between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Repaving operations are scheduled to begin May 31 and anticipated to end June 30. Repaving will occur off-peak during the hours of 9 p.m. and 4 a.m. The work will extend along Clifton Road from Villa International to the Emory Inn.
