Emory's career fair for research professionals is Friday, April 20 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Student Activity and Academic Center on the Clairmont Campus.
The 2012 Research Career Fair, now it its fifth year, is designed to give professionals in the research community an opportunity to learn more about research careers at Emory.
Applicants are able to meet face-to-face with and give their resumes to representatives from a variety of Emory research departments.
Attendees must register.
"The career research fair is open to anyone interested in research. We have positions for entry level up to postdocs," says Deneen Hardy, recruiting specialist in Human Resources. "This is for all open positions within the research field."
While applicants may not get to meet with all faculty interviewers, they can still apply for research positions through www.emory.jobs, Hardy says.
Primary investigators looking to fill a position can submit their research needs via an online form available at hr.emory.edu/research_fair.
