Government and Community Affairs
The Office of Government and Community Affairs serves as Emory's voice with all elected and appointed officials at the local, state, and federal levels of government, proactively and effectively influencing public policy that affects academic and medical research, higher education and health care, students and patients. We actively seek to expand and strengthen partnerships with local community and neighborhood organizations, as well as state and national associations on a variety of issues of mutual interest.
