Hello, Emory!December is right around the corner, so we’re sharing a sneak peek at arts events on the Atlanta and Oxford campuses during the coming weeks. Be sure to mark your calendars for concerts, athletic events and much more. Speaking of athletics, congratulations to the women’s soccer and volleyball teams for advancing in the NCAA Division III tournaments! We’re also bringing back a classic story featuring research from Emory psychologists about the importance of family storytelling and how stories and traditions can make holiday gatherings special for children. This week, Emory Report will only hit your inbox today and tomorrow because of Thanksgiving (but you can always visit the Emory News Center to keep up with the latest news). We hope you have an enjoyable holiday and we’ll be back to our regular schedule on Monday. — The Emory Report team |
