The Atlanta Business Chronicle selected Wright Caughman, executive vice president for health affairs, as the 2015 recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award in its Health Care Heroes competition. Other Emory faculty members were winners and finalists in a variety of categories.

Doctoral student's painting heads to new Smithsonian museum

"But I'm Still Fly," a painting by artist and scholar Fahamu Pecou, will be displayed in the new Smithsonian Museum of African American History and Culture. Pecou is a PhD student in the Institute of the Liberal Arts and Laney Graduate School.
