Research New Emory study develops triage system to enhance pandemic preparednessAs avian flu H5N1 continues to spread in animal populations, there is a need to better define the pandemic risk to humans. A team of researchers led by virologist Seema Lakdawala developed a method of identifying the pandemic risk of viruses to aid in early intervention. |
