Boil water advisory for Emory’s Atlanta campus

The DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management has issued a boil water advisory for parts of the county, including Emory’s Atlanta campus. Emory is providing our on-campus community with safe water for drinking and cooking. Learn more.

Welcome to spring semester

With snow from the weekend tucked in some shaded corners of campus, spring semester got off to a bright but chilly start when undergraduate classes began yesterday. Campus was lively as students embraced, walked to class together and hit the books in the student center. See photos from the day.

Emory, Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Italy build on cultural cooperation agreement

Emory will transfer two pieces and five fragments to the Ministry, with all the objects remaining on loan to the Carlos Museum. Some of the objects will be part of a special exhibit.

Emory nursing school receives Delta Dental funding to improve the oral health of seniors

Many systemic diseases are linked to oral health. The funding will allow the School of Nursing to recruit more students who are focused on medical-dental integration and to expand an oral health smartphone application.

Save the date: Emory event on Feb. 10 to celebrate the life of President Carter

Join current and former Emory students, faculty and staff to celebrate the extraordinary life of President Jimmy Carter on Monday, Feb. 10, at 2 p.m. on Emory’s Atlanta campus and streaming online. The event will include community fellowship, music and special guest reflections. More details including location and program participants will follow.
