Hi, Emory!There's never a dull moment on campus. We've got the scoop on all of it, from Veterans Day celebrations to exceptional students and more. 🍁 Fall sports have enjoyed successful seasons — so don't miss your chance to cheer on the women's soccer team as they play the opening round of their NCAA postseason tournament at home. The game takes place on Saturday, Nov. 12, at the Woodruff P.E. Center field. 🍁 Will you be on campus for Thanksgiving? Check out the Thanksgiving Partner Program, organized by the International Student Leadership and Advocacy Board. All undergraduate students are invited to participate and will be paired with Emory professors and faculty to join them for an American Thanksgiving experience in the faculty member's home. Be sure to sign up online by Nov. 15. 🍁 Go inside the classroom of the "Death and Dying" seminar with Gary Laderman on Monday, Nov. 14. Professor Gary Laderman’s “Death and Dying” course has been among the most popular in Emory College for almost 30 years. Now you can join the classroom through a special session on Monday, Nov. 14, at 4 p.m. Bruce “B.J.” Miller (a hospice and palliative medicine physician, author and speaker) will join Laderman and the class to share his expertise in a conversation guided by student questions.
