Emory volleyball wins NCAA D-III national championship
Emory's volleyball team won its second-ever national championship on Saturday, Nov. 17, beating No. 1-ranked Calvin College in straight sets. The win marks the university's 25th NCAA Division III championship.

Emory professor T Cooper brings his 'Man Made' film to campus
Writer, filmmaker and Emory professor T Cooper presents excerpts from his award-winning documentary "Man Made" on campus Nov. 28. The film follows the journeys of four transgender men competing in a bodybuilding contest.

International awards recognize Emory's global impact
The recipients of this year's International Awards include a professor studying mosquito-borne diseases, a staff member dedicated to bringing international students to Emory and an alumna working to advance health in Vietnam.

ACHIEVEMENT
Emory garners four finalists for prestigious Rhodes Scholarship
Emory seniors Leigh Schlecht, Lamar Greene, Camila Reed-Guevara and Namrata Verghese reached the final interviews for the Rhodes Scholarship, the largest cohort of Rhodes finalists for the university in at least 30 years.

Religion, Spirituality and Passions Week: The Office of Spiritual and Religious Life hosts Emory's first Religion, Spirituality and Passions Week, starting Nov. 26. Events include an inter-religious dialogue on Monday, movement improvisation on Tuesday, arts performances on Wednesday, meditation with Tibetan monks on Thursday and a joint Jewish and Muslim holy day on Friday.
