Emory employees are urged to participate in a survey being conducted by Learning and Organizational Development (LOD).

LOD is launching a university-wide assessment survey for faculty and staff designed to ask a variety of questions about learning/professional development needs.

"This confidential, online survey is being offered to all faculty and staff, and it should take only five to 10 minutes of your time," says Anisthasia Carter, LOD manager of training.

The survey data will not disclose any individual identifying information, Carter adds.

The deadline to complete the survey is Monday, May 19.

Survey results will help LOD analyze the various learning needs across campus, and allow them to shape and fine-tune the programs and services they offer. 

A summary of these results will be provided to the appropriate departmental leadership teams, according to Carter.
