Provost’s Distinguished Teaching Awards recognize excellence in graduate, professional school faculty

The Provost’s Distinguished Teaching Award for Excellence in Graduate and Professional Education recognizes outstanding scholars who excel as teachers within formal and informal educational settings.

One faculty member in each of the seven graduate and professional schools is given the award in recognition of the important role of exceptional teaching in graduate and professional education.  

The 2022 honorees are:

  • Jennifer R. Ayres, associate professor of religious education, Candler School of Theology
  • Mary S. Dolan, professor, School of Medicine
  • Regine Haardörfer, research associate professor, James T. Laney School of Graduate Studies
  • Ryan Hamilton, associate professor of marketing, Goizueta Business School
  • Lauren E. McCullough, associate professor, Rollins School of Public Health
  • Kenneth Joseph Mueller, assistant clinical professor, Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing
  • Randee J. Waldman, clinical professor of law, School of Law
