Benefits Check your email for retirement plan fee disclosure noticesAll employees who are eligible for Emory's retirement plan will soon receive an email from “Your Benefits Center” (Fidelity.Investments@mail.fidelity.com) containing federally required information about available retirement investment options, performance, fees and expenses. No action is required unless you wish to make changes to your 403(b) or 403(b) Roth investments. Fidelity and TIAA also offer free virtual retirement counseling for personalized guidance. Benefits Tuition reimbursement per credit hour and reimbursement rate will increaseEffective Monday, Aug. 10 (fall academic session), the tuition reimbursement amount will increase to six credit hours for full-time employees and three credit hours for part-time employees per academic session. In addition, the tuition reimbursement rate will increase to $309 per credit hour. |

Health Savings Accounts transitioning to Fidelity |

Effective July 1, Emory University Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) will move from Inspira to Fidelity as part of our continued efforts to improve your benefits experience. Employees with an HSA recently received communications from Fidelity and Emory University with important details, timelines and next steps regarding the transition. Employees may also elect to complete a no-fee transfer of HSA funds from Inspira to Fidelity by providing consent on the Fidelity NetBenefits website no later than June 22. Additional information, resources and key deadlines are available on the Fidelity transition website. |
