Financial Well-being Register for a Truist Momentum Ignite SessionLearn how to align your spending with your values and achieve your financial goals through Truist Momentum. This program offers both instructor-led training and self-directed learning options. Join an upcoming introductory session on Jan. 27, 28, or 29 to learn more about the program. After the introduction, choose between six weekly instructor-led classes running from Feb. 4-March 11 or an online self-paced learning experience. |

Rewards Earn your medical plan incentives for 2026This year, you’ll see exciting programs, resources and incentives tied to a holistic vision for employee well-being. These include opportunities to earn up to $425 per person in medical plan incentives (or $850 for employee + spouse). Incentive activities must be completed between Jan. 1 and Nov. 15, 2026. Eligible Emory employees who waive participation in an Emory medical plan can engage in rewardable activities and be entered into a raffle. |

Log into Self-Service, select the “Learning Management” tile, then “Learning Management – Brainier,” and access the “Learning Pathways” button to explore featured options. Newly added courses include:
2. Workplace Culture and Belonging (WCB) The WCB team offers a variety of programs, courses and resources to create a positive and inclusive workplace. Some of the offerings for 2026 include Navigating the Multigenerational Workplace; Civil Treatment for Leaders; Civil Treatment for Employees; Introduction to Neurodiversity; and Psychological Safety.
