Emory developing new approach to control dangerous urban mosquito in Ethiopia
Emory received $2.8 million to develop and test a high-tech, low-cost method to control an invasive mosquito posing a growing threat of urban malaria in Africa. Emory disease ecologist Gonzalo Vazquez-Prokopec and Solomon Yared, a medical entomologist at Jigjiga University, are working on the project. |
