The study is the first to show the magnitude of firearm fatalities in the U.S. during the past 32 years. |

Recognition EPIC wins 2022 Law School Excellence in Access to Justice AwardThe Emory Public Interest Committee recently received the 2022 Law School Excellence in Access to Justice Award. The recognition from the Access to Justice Committee and the Pro Bono Resource Center of the State Bar of Georgia was for work addressing the civil legal needs of the community. |

Emory University will once again serve as a polling site for the Dec. 6 runoff election for U.S. Senate. Early voting will be held at Emory’s 1599 building through Friday, Dec. 2, from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. for any DeKalb County registered voters. DeKalb residents who have Emory University as their assigned polling place can vote there on election day. Volunteers are also needed to help at the 1599 polling site. Get involved by signing up for a volunteer shift. |
