RESEARCH Testosterone promotes ‘cuddling,’ not just aggression, animal study finds Testosterone can foster friendly, prosocial behavior in males, a new animal study conducted by Emory neuroscientists finds. The Proceedings of the Royal Society B published the research on Mongolian gerbils. COMMUNITY Student Outbreak Response Team: 20 years of public health assistance During the past 20 years the Rollins School of Public Health’s SORT has become a trusted and valued resource in responding to outbreaks and emergencies such as the H1N1 epidemic, Hurricane Katrina and, most recently, the COVID-19 pandemic.
