President Fenves announces leadership changes
In a message to faculty and staff, President Gregory L. Fenves discusses important leadership changes in the Office of the General Counsel, Emory Healthcare and Woodruff Health Sciences Center, and Communications and Marketing.

 

David Stephens to serve as interim executive vice president for health affairs
Dr. David S. Stephens will serve as Emory University’s interim executive vice president for health affairs beginning Sept. 1. In this role, he will be the senior executive for the Woodruff Health Sciences Center and will oversee the Emory Healthcare system strategy.

 

Stephen Sencer to move on from general counsel role; Amy Adelman named interim leader
After more than a decade as Emory’s chief legal officer, Stephen Sencer will leave the role Aug. 31. Amy Adelman, a deputy general counsel who has served the university for nearly 20 years, has been named interim general counsel.

 

Luke Anderson selected as next vice president of communications and marketing
Luke Anderson joins Emory on Aug. 15 as vice president of communications and marketing. He currently serves as associate vice president for communications and chief marketing officer at the University of Florida Foundation.
