Emory receives landmark gift in support of students and faculty from Rollins Foundation to advance public health
The O. Wayne Rollins Foundation has committed $100 million to Emory’s Rollins School of Public Health. The transformative gift, the largest in the school’s history, will establish endowed funds for faculty excellence and student success.

Emory expands financial aid to allow more students to graduate debt-free
Emory University is expanding the Emory Advantage program to replace need-based loans with grants and scholarships in undergraduate financial aid packages.

American Bar Foundation names Fineman 2022 ‘Outstanding Scholar’
Robert W. Woodruff Professor of Law Martha Albertson Fineman has received the American Bar Foundation’s 2022 Outstanding Scholar Award. The award was first given in 1957, with Ruther Bader Ginsburg among its recipients.

Emory’s King Week celebration concluded with the annual MLK Community Awards ceremony. Individuals and organizations were recognized for their work, which epitomizes this year’s theme of breaking down injustice through activism and voting.
