Scott Lilienfeld remembered for advancing psychology while embodying kindness
Scott Lilienfeld, Samuel Candler Dobbs Professor of Psychology at Emory, passed away Sept. 30. He was widely recognized as the foremost authority on pseudoscience in psychology, as well as a preeminent scholar of psychopathy.

Emory Fragile X Center: $8 million NIH grant supports next-generation neuroscience
Supported by a five-year, $8 million grant, an Emory-led team of scientists plans to investigate new therapeutic approaches to fragile X syndrome, the most common inherited intellectual disability and a major single-gene cause of autism.
