HONORS Six recent Emory College alumni awarded NSF Graduate Fellowships Clara Perez and Katya Bobrek are among six recent Emory College graduates to earn the National Science Foundation's prestigious Graduate Research Fellowship, which supports high-potential, early-career scientists and engineers. RESEARCH Antibody responses continue evolving in Ebola survivors months after recovery Antiviral antibodies produced by survivors of Ebola infection continue to evolve and improve after recovery, according to a detailed study of the immune responses of four people who received care at Emory University Hospital in 2014. BREAKTHROUGH Mathematicians revive abandoned approach to the Riemann Hypothesis Many ways to approach the Riemann Hypothesis have been proposed during the past 150 years, but none have led to conquering the most famous open problem in mathematics. A new paper co-authored by Emory mathematician Ken Ono suggests that one of these old approaches is more practical than previously realized. COMMUNITY Bringing art and inspiration to Atlanta students Emory takes a groundbreaking African American art exhibit out of the library and into a busy Atlanta public school, inspiring students to embrace their own creativity.
