Emory Women's Swimming & Diving wins ninth-straight NCAA championship
The Emory University women's swimming and diving program captured its ninth-consecutive NCAA Division III national championship Saturday night. The men's swimming and diving team finished second in their NCAA competition.

Bridging medicine and literature through a pilgrimage to Faulkner's home
Students in the Emory School of Medicine and Emory College recently traveled to the Mississippi home of William Faulkner, part of an interdisciplinary course on literature and medicine that helps future physicians better understand the human condition.

Biologists unravel another mystery of what makes DNA go 'loopy'
In a paper published in Science, Emory biologists working in Victor Corces' lab discovered another key to how DNA forms loops and wraps inside the cell nucleus — a precise method of "packing" that may affect gene expression.
